The Webflow integration makes it easy to add a chat widget to your website without manually adding widget code. You can add live chat to your Webflow site and connect it to Text App to use AI agents, workflows, visitor tracking, and more.
Go to your Text App dashboard, then head to Settings → Website widgets.
Enter the URL of the website where you want to add the widget, then select Continue.

You’ll be prompted to use the Webflow installation method.
Clicking Add to Webflow will take you to the authorization page in your Webflow account.

Choose the Webflow website where you want to publish the widget in the Select site to authorize list. Once done, click Authorize App.

Alternatively, you can add it later by clicking I’ll do it later.

Before publishing, you’ll have the opportunity to preview the widget in Webflow to ensure it looks and works as expected.

Once you’re ready, click Publish website to show the widget.
If everything is working, the status will update to Connected, and you’ll see a notification that your website widget is live 🎉.

If the status does not update, visit your site and interact with the widget. This should trigger activity and change the status to Connected.

You can repeat the installation process for as many sites as you need.
Webflow makes it easy to manage multiple websites, but it’s not the only installation method. For websites other than Webflow, you can follow the alternative installation guide.
