It is trained on your knowledge sources, including help docs, your website, and FAQs, and can resolve, escalate, or hand off conversations based on rules you define.
AI Agents are included in every Text plan. Usage is measured in AI Agent resolutions. A resolution is counted when the AI Agent provides an answer that directly solves at least one customer question. If the AI transfers the conversation to a human without answering, it doesn't count as resolution. One resolution is charged per conversation, even if multiple questions are solved.
