Connecting Messenger

The Messenger integration connects your Facebook pages to Text, so you can manage customer messages directly from your inbox.

Handle conversations, assign them to teammates, and reply faster without switching tools.

Make sure you have:

Admin access to the Facebook pages you want to connect (they must be added to your Facebook profile or business account).

Redirect your customers to a specific fanpage

Simply, click on the open button next to the page you want to share and copy the link or share a QR code.

To reconnect a page, click Connect next to it.

You can disconnect any page connected to your organization, even if it was connected by someone else. However, only admins can reconnect it.

How to remove Facebook pages from Text

Removing a page revokes Text’s access to it in Meta. The page will be removed from your list, and you’ll need to reconnect to it through Meta if you want to use it again.

In Messenger settings, click Manage access to pages to open the Meta wizard.

In the Meta wizard, remove access for the pages you want to disconnect.

Save changes to finish the process.
