What is Refine?

Refine is an AI-powered assistant built directly into the chat message box. It offers smart suggestions to improve clarity, correct grammar, or adjust tone—all with a single click. Instead of manually rewriting replies, agents can rely on AI to shape responses quickly and effectively.

How does it work?

 

 

Simply write a message in the message box. Once the content is ready, click on the Refine icon to open a list of improvement options. The available options include:

• Tone change: Adjusts the tone of your message to make it more polite or formal, depending on the context and customer expectations.
• Expand: Adds details to your message to make it more informative or complete, especially helpful when a response feels too brief.
• Rephrase: Offers an alternative way to say the same thing, useful when you want to improve the style or avoid repetition.
• Correct grammar: Automatically fixes spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors to ensure your message is professional and easy to read.

All suggestions are generated instantly based on the original message.
